About this course
Welcome! This is the 1st course in a series of 8 courses designed to give you an understanding of key concepts as well as hands-on practice with Duda's platform and Editor 2.0. In this course, you'll learn how to create a new site in Duda, meet your fictional client, collect the assets you'll need to transform an Editor 2.0 template into a site for your client, and review the build process we're going to use throughout the courses in this path. Important: We refer to Duda's latest and greatest editor as Editor 2.0—you'll see us reference the editor by this term throughout the courses in the Build a site with Editor 2.0 path.

  • Do I need to have client content ready before starting?

    No! Duda gives you flexibility. You can collect content before creating a site (ideal for using Duda's Generate Site with AI feature) or gather missing assets and updates from clients after the site is created. The course provides downloadable resources including a project brief, mockup, images, and copy so you can build alongside the lessons.
